My name is William Webber and I am a senior undergraduate student at the University of New England in Portland, Maine pursuing my bachelor of science in nursing degree. I am approaching graduation in May of 2021.

Currently, I have had two years of clinical rotations throughout various health care facilities in Portland and the greater Portland area. I have had an emphasis on medical-surgical cardiac and telemetry nursing, but have had experiences in rehabilitation, mental health, maternity, and community health nursing as well. The university has prepared me to become a safe and efficient new graduate nurse.

My experiences growing up shaped the way I am today. My mother, who is a nurse, was and still is one of the most important roll models in my life. Her kind and caring soul was instilled in me growing up watching her take care of people at the nursing home where she worked. These experiences further drew my interest towards the nursing field. I am hoping to further my education to become a certified registered nurse anesthetist.
